Forward goes it, but let's stay balanced!

For those of you who need to unwind chest tightness from sitting or doing forward work a lot. Like computer work, gardening, studying, dentistry, esthetician-ing, doing what I do, or anything that has you leaning or reaching forward! This one is for you and be sure to do the sitting part at the end (around 14:30)! Prop with a pillow under your elbow if it's uncomfortable when you are on your back and or a pillow or folded towel under your hand on your chest. DON'T push into pain...that just keeps it around. This will help free up your tight chest, shoulder, back and neck muscles and help you with body awareness of those wing bones so you can fly into what makes you happy!
