Group classes: Awareness Through Movement(R) Lessons are available in the group setting. Participate in verbally guided movement explorations designed to help you learn how to move with greater ease, coordination, awareness, flexibility, balance and strength. Theses are gentle lessons that gradually evolve to greater range and complexity to help you function your best and feel good in your body. Many call this their best relaxation time of the day!
Classes are Mondays at 11am. Classes are on zoom. Have something to lie on, pillows and a few towels (for propping). Wear clothing that is comfortable to move in. Group classes are $16. Check out your first class for $10!
